: Very clean and bed was comfortable. Staff very nice and welcoming.
: Soundproofing very poor, could hear chatting and laughing from other guests. I don't believe they were being particularly loud. It was very dissapointing as otherwise it was very good.

: The accommodation is very well kept, clean and elegant, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The facilities are excellent, as is the breakfast, which is varied and plentiful. Everything is available in the accommodation (from shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, even a toothbrush and toothpaste tube, hairdryer, slippers, bathrobe,umbrella...). Coffee, tea, natural water, mineral water, white wine, red wine, juice, milk and chocolate bars are available throughout the stay in the room (all included in the basic price of accommodation). The bus stop is a 4-minute walk away, and buses run every 10 minutes.

: Great location, we travelled for a concert in the RDS and it was walking distance. It was so much more than I expected for a B&B. Lots of complimentary items, water, wine, juice, herbal teas chocolate and even new toothbrushes and toothpaste if needed. Staff member Elena was so friendly she checked us in and also ran breakfast. We had full Irish but also loads extra available. Bed and pillows really comfortable.
