Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 15 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children up to and including 12 years old stay for € 30 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform DCU Rooms in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Please inform the property at the time of booking if you would prefer a double or a twin room.

If you are arriving outside of the official check-in hours you can check-in with security at the entrance to the sports complex.

Please note that parking is available at an additional fee. If you need access to the car park, please ask at the reception for a ‘parking permit’ that you will have to put in a visible place in your car.

When booking 10 rooms or more, or a booking of EUR 1500 or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply.
