: convenient location for centre of Dublin amenities all good
: unfortunately our sofa bed was broken on first night Jacob did an amazing job fixing Saturday morning. he also brought us extra glasses and mugs as not enough initially for 4 people . also explained the boost buttons for showers as we had 4 people in the party once all explained and the sofa bed fixed we had an excellent stay at The Apartment

: Small but comfortable apartment in an excellent and central location. Quiet even though on a main road because the apartment faces a courtyard at the back of the building, not the street. Comfortable bed, and fine kitchen.
: The main living room of the apartment was dark -- at least one of the main lightbulbs was the wrong wattage and gave off almost no light. Also, the hot water did not work well. It took more than an hour to heat up each morning, after boosting the boiler temperature. This should be fixed, or guest should be told how to manage it.

: I did not get hot water when I wanted it. Every morning it was cold due to being on a timer. When I used a boost after learning about this it would be hot on an evening for me. The flat was tidy when arrived but the floor needed brushing which I did, the oven grill pan had melted cheese left all over and glasses were wet in cupboard. Once I cleaned these then the flat felt clean.
